RETURNS

We do not offer a refund or exchange for change of mind on online orders so please make a purchase carefully.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Online orders must be returned by post ONLY

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like custom products (such as special orders), heavily embellished and non machine-washable items

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Postage:

Buyer is responsible for the delivery/returns cost. If you were given free delivery because the order was over $100 and your order becomes below $100 after your return then the standard delivery cost of $9 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the goods delivered to you.

How to return:

  1. To start a return, you can contact us at malikaealiya.brand@gmail.com.
  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
  3. You can return your service with any courier or postal service e.g. Australia Post, DHL etc. Please ensure sufficient tracking and insurance is provided as we aren’t liable for any loss or damaged items during transit.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
